Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Project Lens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and contract directly with SNRS Innovations Inc.. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
Project Lens
Terms of use
SNRS Innovations Inc., operator of Project Lens, provides this diagnostic subject to the following terms.
Authorized use
Only submit a public website you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to assess. Do not use the service to violate applicable law, bypass or interfere with security features, conduct automated scraping or high-volume data extraction, degrade system performance, or reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code.
Informational results
Scores and findings are generated from observable signals and are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, accessibility, cybersecurity, or professional advice.
No guarantees
Results do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, customer acquisition, regulatory compliance, or any other business outcome. Public websites and third-party services may change after an analysis.
Service provided "as-is"
The application and related services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Availability and fair use
We may limit repeated requests, reject unsafe or unauthorized destinations, expire old diagnostics, or suspend access needed to protect the platform and other users.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans bill on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) via Stripe or manual invoicing, plus a one-time, non-refundable setup fee charged at signup. Included monthly allowances (such as remediation minutes) do not roll over and are not refundable if unused. Major project work outside a plan's included allowance is quoted and billed separately before work begins. You may cancel at any time from your client portal or by contacting hello@snrsinnovations.ca; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to plan services through that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellation. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of managed-service work until the account is brought current.
Third-party websites
The service integrates with and may link to third-party services and websites, such as the Google Places API, Google Business Profile API, or external websites. SNRS Innovations Inc. does not control their availability, content, or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
