SNRS Innovations Inc., operator of Project Lens, explains below how we handle information submitted to the diagnostic.
Account and contact data (name, email address, business name, and login credentials); usage and diagnostic data (log data, interaction metrics, and application performance data); payment and transaction data (billing address and transaction history — full card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers); and location data processed via mapping and business-listing services.
We use this information to provide and operate the diagnostic, process transactions and manage billing, monitor system health, security, and performance, respond to requested contact, maintain suppression preferences, and communicate updates and administrative notices.
We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the service: application hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, and system monitoring providers process data only to run the platform; payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.; and location and business-listing lookups use the Google Places API and Google Business Profile API. The analyzer inspects public website content and does not own lead or consent data.
Marketing consent is optional, channel-specific, and recorded separately. Any marketing message we send will include a working unsubscribe link; you may also withdraw consent at any time from your account notification settings or by contacting hello@snrsinnovations.ca. Unsubscribing applies a durable suppression to that channel.
Free diagnostic links expire 30 days after the report is generated. Ongoing monitoring data collected under an active managed-service plan is retained for up to 730 days. Operational and compliance records may be retained longer where needed for security, legal obligations, billing, and suppression enforcement. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and authenticated service communication.
