SNRS Innovations Inc., operator of FindableFlow, explains below how we handle information submitted to the diagnostic.
Account and contact data (name, email address, business name, and login credentials); usage and diagnostic data (consented anonymous session and page-view measurements, referrer and campaign labels, basic device details, and approximate region where infrastructure provides it); payment and transaction data; and location data processed via business-listing services. Full card details are handled directly by our payment processor.
We use this information to provide and operate the diagnostic, process transactions and manage billing, understand aggregate traffic and funnel performance, monitor security and performance, respond to requested contact, and maintain suppression preferences. We do not use browser fingerprinting or store raw IP addresses in visitor analytics.
Essential cookies support security, forms, authentication, and your saved privacy choice. Analytics and marketing categories remain off until you explicitly enable them. First-party analytics remains available without a third-party provider; any configured third-party script is gated by the same choice. Visit the Cookie policy or use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change or revoke consent.
We share data with trusted providers that help operate the service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and location and business-listing lookups use Google services. An optional analytics provider may be configured and will load only after analytics consent. The analyzer inspects public website content and does not own lead or consent data.
Marketing consent is optional, channel-specific, and recorded separately. Any marketing message we send will include a working unsubscribe link; you may also withdraw consent at any time from your account notification settings or by contacting hello@snrsinnovations.ca. Unsubscribing applies a durable suppression to that channel.
Raw visitor session and page-view analytics are retained for up to 365 days. Cookie preferences are stored for up to 365 days. Free diagnostic links expire 30 days after report generation, while operational and compliance records may be retained longer where needed for security, legal, billing, and suppression obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. Contact hello@snrsinnovations.ca to exercise these rights.
