FindableFlow

Cookie policy

Plain-English information about the cookies and similar technologies used by FindableFlow.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies keep forms and authenticated sessions secure and remember your privacy choice. They are required for core functionality and cannot be switched off through the preference panel. Rejecting optional cookies never blocks login or the diagnostic.

Analytics cookies

Analytics is off until you choose to enable it. Once enabled, a random first-party identifier connects page views into anonymous sessions so we can measure traffic, sources, basic device categories, and the diagnostic funnel. We do not use browser fingerprinting, store raw IP addresses in these analytics tables, or preserve sensitive query parameters and report tokens.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are off until explicitly enabled. No advertising pixel is enabled by default. If a marketing tool is configured later, the central consent gate prevents its script from loading without this permission.

How long choices and data last

Your cookie preference is stored for up to 365 days and includes consent wording version 1.0. A material wording update will prompt you again. Raw first-party visitor session and page-view records are pruned after 365 days.

Change your preferences

Use the Cookie Preferences control in the footer at any time. Saving a new choice takes effect on reload; revoking analytics also removes the first-party analytics identifier. Essential security and authentication cookies continue to work.

Legal review

This policy describes the implemented controls, but its final wording and the appropriate lawful basis for each operating jurisdiction must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
